The Good Magpie is a wellness hub that is home to events/services, local art & artisanal goods. Our unique storefront is located within walking distance of the beautiful Burlington waterfront. The eclectic vibe and a welcoming, accessible space makes us the favourite spot for our customers to frequent. Our customers love to stop by and chat with us, discover new finds, attend a session with our in-house wellness practitioners, and pick the next event they will attend at The Good Magpie.

Our space offers:
  • An exclusive list of vendors in select categories 
  • Intentional placement of each item to provide the best chance at success for vendors, in turn providing a cohesive shopping experience to customers
  • An art gallery housing creations of local artists
  • Accessible venue space for businesses, community organisations & familial groups to host events (all items in the store will be open for sale during events)
  • Private space for wellness practitioners to meet with clients and offer their services
  • Opportunities to partake in monthly pop-up events
  • Pick-up location service for online sales through individual vendor websites
  • Inventory & Sales system for all vendors to track stock and quantities sold
At The Good Magpie, we believe in building strong relationships and celebrating shared success. Our vendors are at the heart of our business and our team will make every effort to showcase your brand at the store. This includes:
  • Intentional product placement for maximum exposure for each brand
  • Regular marketing via social media channels
  • Proactive assistance for customers to help make the best purchases
  • Highlighting new vendors and/or new products and/or current promotions through featured displays, signage & verbal marketing to customers
  • Mindful selection of each vendor under the product categories to provide uniqueness and a competitive advantage to all
In turn, we expect our vendors to make their own efforts in selling their product:
  • Actively promoting their products, including intentional posting of The Good Magpie on social media at least once a week
  • Up-to-date inventory of products stocked at The Good Magpie including price, quantities & product description
  • Timely replenishment of items sold and refreshing/switching out products regularly
  • Creative marketing efforts including displays, seasonal promotions, and more
